By participating in our loyalty program and using the loyalty card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Card Usage:
o The loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly specified as part of our loyalty program.
o The card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn or redeem points.
2. Points and Redemption:
o Points earned through the loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash.
o Loyalty card points can be collected on eligible purchases (e.g. candle products) and redeemed on similar items.
3. Exclusions:
o We reserve the right to exclude certain product lines or services from the loyalty card scheme.
4. Ownership:
o The loyalty card remains the property of KELCUF Holistic (CUF Candle) unless it has been purchased as a gift card.
5. Changes and Amendments:
o KELCUF Holistic (CUF Candle) reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty card and scheme without prior notification.
6. Data Protection:
o Information provided during enrolment will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be accessible to third parties.
